The Future Terminal 3

„The Art of Retail in the Heart of Europe”

In 2026 a new era will begin with the opening of Terminal 3. The  marketplaces that are being built there promise to treat travelers to a  first-class retail experience.

With around 60 new shops and a total area of 12,000 square  meters of retail space, as well as an impressive architectural plan, the new  Terminal 3 will provide a special ambiance and enormous sales potential. Once  the terminal is open, up to 19 million passengers will pass through its three  concourses every year. The new Sky Line people mover will be able to transport  4,000 passengers per hour and direction between Terminals 1, 2, and 3. Travel  time with the Sky Line will be only eight minutes and it will reach speeds of up to 80 km/h.

The highlight of the new Terminal 3 will be an impressively  designed 6,000-square-meter marketplace, which will greet travelers as soon as  they exit the security area. The non-Schengen marketplace will specialize in  premium and luxury concepts for high-spending international passengers with  exceptional purchasing power.
